Responsibilities

• Perform manu al labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving construction materials.
• Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and ensuring safety protocols.
• Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment.
• As sist with the installation of foundations, walls, floors, and other structural components.
• Colla borate with the construction team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor or project manager.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a construction worker or similar role.
  
• Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Phy sical stamina and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excelle nt teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
