Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in accordance with local and national electrical codes
  • Perform electrical inspections and testing to identify and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper installation of electrical systems during new construction and remodeling projects
  • Diagnose and repair electrical problems in residential and commercial settings
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity and efficiency of electrical systems
  • Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
  • Keep up-to-date with advancements in electrical technology and industry best practices

Requirements

  • Proficient in interpreting electrical drawings and technical specifications
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical issues efficiently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments and conditions
  • Must be a qualified electrician with a valid electrician license/certification
  • Proven experience as an electrician in residential and commercial settings
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, electrical codes, and safety procedures
